In line with the company's strategic development plan, we are committed to the large-scale expansion of energy storage, aiming to establish a sustainable model that integrates product, service, and investment. To enhance the literacy, management skills, and strategic execution capabilities of our middle and grassroots management cadres, we have launched the 2024 Zhiguang Electric “Zhiyi” Youth Cadre Training Project. This initiative will empower management, improve organizational efficiency, and drive business development through action-based learning.

1. Opening Ceremony

In the morning of September 9, the launch conference of the 2024 “Zhiyi” Youth Cadre Talent Training Project was held in the circular multifunctional hall of Zhiguang Comprehensive Energy Industrial Park. Jiang Xinyu, Director of Zhiguang New Quality Productivity Training Center, Liu An, Executive Deputy Director, Xie Fenglin, Deputy Director, and 49 trainees attended the event. The trainees covers multiple ethnic groups such as marketing, R&D, production, and functions in all business lines of the company.

1.1 Talent blueprint, looking to the future-Opening Speech

Jiang Xinyu began by posing several questions to stimulate students’ thinking. He outlined four key learning requirements for middle and grassroots managers: 1. Develop critical thinking skills; 2. Enhance execution abilities, considering both departmental and daily tasks to effectively implement company strategies; 3. Cultivate courage and a sense of responsibility to take action; and 4. Continuously reflect on ways to deepen and improve daily work.

1.2 New Chapter of Glory-Project Release


As the company's first “Zhiyi” series of training projects, Liu An unveiled the “mystery” of the “Zhiyi” Youth Cadre Talent Training Project. He provided a comprehensive introduction to the background, objectives, planning, and mechanism of this project.

The project spans six months and includes talent selection, talent assessment, 3 offline training, action learning, online review, and executive mentoring. Following the concept of “combining training with combat”, students are encouraged to "think while learning, do while thinking, and learn while doing" through "testing, learning, practicing, testing, and evaluation".

2.Intensive Training and Empowerment


Following the kick-off meeting, the trainees participated the first intensive training of the “Zhiyi” Youth Cadre Talent Training Project. This training was guided by the business philosophy of "understanding management", "understanding management", and "understanding oneself".
